Following our first contact, we'll meet at our office in Umag to discuss your wishes and requirements regarding the property. This meeting is key to identifying the homes that best suit your needs. We'll also formalise our collaboration by signing the agency agreement.
PROPERTY VIEWINGS
I arrange viewings with the owners of the properties you've shortlisted. During each visit, I encourage you to share your honest impressions — it's important that we find a home or investment you're genuinely happy with. If none of the properties feel quite right, we'll review your priorities and fine–tune the search criteria to ensure the next round of options is perfectly matched to what you're looking for.
NEGOTIATION & CLOSING THE DEAL
When you've found the right property and are ready to take the next step, I'll guide you through the negotiations, ensuring the process remains stress–free. An experienced agent knows how to avoid the usual pitfalls and move efficiently towards a smooth and successful completion.
PROPERTY HANDOVER
Once all conditions have been met, the property handover takes place – the moment you officially take ownership. A handover record is usually signed by both the buyer and the seller, and the transfer of utilities is arranged to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
AFTER–SALES SUPPORT
Our relationship doesn't end with the sale. Many buyers need assistance with renovations, furniture transport, architects, interior designers, or rental management and cleaning. With a reliable network of local professionals, I'm here to help you settle in smoothly and take care of everything you might need after completion.
